Job Description:

If you are creative, independent, and want to work with the latest mobile technologies, Clearbridge is the place for you. You are an interactive Rockstar and as such, you hit the mark on the following points like you’re Robin Hood and Katniss Everdeen rolled into one.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You are a resource and consultant to all teams, reporting to the Creative Director
  • Conducting research for all projects, especially for RFPs
  • Developing interaction models and information architecture strategies and tactics.
  • Producing paper (get sketchy and crafty!) or digital prototypes with wireframes or schematics.
  • Reviewing implementation with the Development Leads, Creative Director, and Project Manager to ensure quality control of the interaction model and overall user experience.
  • Contribute to developing efficient creative & development processes
  • Critical and quick thinking is a must
  • From concept to final polish, you will be creating high quality art and, at times, branding components.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Studied/currently studying Graphic Design and interactive design
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating clear understanding of interaction design principles and process, with examples of work prepared on a commercial or volunteer basis (including some process work, i.e. wireframes and mockups).
  • You’re a visual thinker, capable of articulating your ideas both through images and words via your excellent presentation skills
  • You’re creative with your use of space; typography, colour, rhythm, and info architecture
  • Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop skills are a must
  • Sketch proficiency is a huge asset
  • Illustration skills are a super plus
  • You have a technical background. You’re a master of both the Mac and PC worlds
  • Experience with After Effects, JIRA, coding, and Agile development processes are pluses
